Confidentiality and Privacy
JuppUk Decluttering Services Company (“JuppUk”) provides a professional and confidential service and will not disclose client details to any third parties.
Disclaimer Regarding Property
JuppUk gives advice, which is believed to be in the best interest of the client at that time. JuppUk cannot accept responsibility for the actions the client takes on the basis of that advice, or any consequences as a result of that action.
JuppUk are not valuers of art or other items of special value or rarity. Clients are advised to seek their own valuations of any items before letting them go.
JuppUk will handle items with care. The client acknowledges that JuppUk will not be held liable for any losses or damages howsoever caused in their engagement. It is assumed that the client will have his or her own household insurance to cover any unforeseen loss or damage to property.
Limits of Work
JuppUk cannot move or lift heavy items. If you have heavy items to lift, for example heavy boxes from the top of cupboards, wardrobes, or in the loft, you may need to consider hiring help or a willing volunteer.
Whilst JuppUk are not a cleaning service they would be happy to help undertake some light cleaning to assist the decluttering and organising process, for example, dusting shelves.
JuppUk will help and support the client in decluttering and organising their belongings, however, they will not undertake the work for them but will be supporting them to complete the work.
If your property has restricted access or is unsafe JuppUk reserves the right to cancel the agreement.
Removal of Items
It is the client’s decision whether to keep any items or let them go. JuppUk will not undertake removal of items to be discarded. If a client requires assistance in removing and handling a large volume of items, additional charges will apply based on the actual situation. JuppUk welcomes clients to handle their own items and is happy to provide information on recycling or donation options for reference.
Purchasing Storage Supplies
Clients may choose to purchase recommended storage supplies on their own. If JuppUk provides a shopping service before or after an organizing session, the following charges apply:
– HKD 100 per hour for shopping time
– A 20% administrative fee on the total cost of purchased items
– The cost of purchased items and any necessary transportation fees will be charged at actual cost.
If a client requests JuppUk to purchase storage supplies during an organizing session, the time spent will be counted as part of the organizing session hours.
Permission
You confirm there is nobody in your household that would object to the service provided by JuppUk.
Payment Terms
JuppUk will create the booking on receipt of HKD1000 as deposit. Deposit will be deducted in the total fee after the session had completed. If the deposit has not been received within 24 hours of creating the booking then JuppUk may offer that date to another client.
The final balance of the fee must be paid after each consultation by cash or thru bank transfer within 48 hours after service concluded. Payment can be made via:

Cancellations and Reschedule
Both JuppUk and the client have the right to cancel the contract due to unavoidable circumstances. JuppUk will try and rearrange a cancelled appointment wherever possible. If the client cancels the appointment with less than 7 days notice of the agreed date and time, then no refund will be given. Confirmed Appointment can be re-scheduled once only. JuppUk reserves the right to deduct deposit if the appointment is reschedule more than one time.
Post-Service Follow-Up
After the on-site organizing service, clients can receive follow-up progress checks or inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email at no additional cost.
